It's so nice to do business where your questions aren't viewed as a suspicious activity. There exist a total honesty in the air that is comforting. Things get explained fully and I get options explained to me so that I can make the best decisions. I recommended my sister bring her Avalon here for service last year. I have been taking my car to your repair shop for a very long time. I ONLY take it to you because I know I'm not going to get the runaround, telling me I need work done that isn't really necessary, just to inflate the bill. I think your prices are very reasonable, and for the effort you put in to doing the right thing, I feel I have spent every penny well.

As for your employee's, I just can't give them enough praise! I had never met such professional and kind people in this arena before. I never have to worry about them being nice to my face, and then laugh at how they took advantage of me behind my back. Upkeep of any vehicle is costly, but it is a necessity of life.
