It's so nice to do business where your questions aren't viewed as a suspicious activity. There exist a total honesty in the air that is comforting. Things get explained fully and I get options explained to me so that I can make the best decisions. I recommended my sister bring her Avalon here for service last year. She's been a customer ever since. I haven't touched on the "quality" of the service product yet. I have been a printing press mechanic for 38 yrs. I do good work so I know good work. This place does good work. I can't say enough fine things about the people they have. Paul and Bill have the cream of the crop. I'm glad I am their customer. - Jim B.
