I called the shop last minute around 4pm because I was buying a used truck and I needed someone to look at it to make sure I was getting a good deal. Bill's guy not only was able to see me at such short notice, but he also gave me a full detail of what needs to be done on the truck and he took his time, which I appreciated. I bought the truck and came back to them to fix what he said needed. As a woman we need trustworthy people to help us and guide us, let's face it some of us need more help than others, LOL!
